Two or three time per week progressive total body health & fitness classes developed for and catered to the individual looking to take the next step forward in their personal health and well-being. Each session is led by a certified personal trainer or coach (ratio of 6-8 clients per trainer), is designed specifically for individual goals, and includes cardiovascular fitness, core strengthening, upper & lower body conditioning, flexibility & balance. Clients begin with a one-on-one initial health & fitness assessment administered by the most highly trained members of our clinical team, and are offered the opportunity to complete formal goal setting and regular progress checks at no additional charge. Upon assessment, individuals are grouped among peers with similar goals and training experience, and programs are based on a the latest in exercise-science to eliminate the likelihood of plateau. Whether you're goals are to "Emerge"** into a healthier version of yourself, make a lifestyle change, or training to be a champion, you've got a home here with us! **Mid-day offering, and includes a weekly lunch**
For the elite athlete, there is no off-season. Pro-Activity’s M360 Performance Training programs are designed based on the biomechanics & sport-specific movements required for top performance. Whether you compete on a mat, in a gym, on a field, a track, or in front of the net, our team works with you to break-down your goals and areas for development, and puts a program together to get you to your best! Classes meet two or three times (preferred) per week, and each is led by a certified trainer or coach (up to 6 athletes per trainer).
Designed based on the latest exercise-science research, Pro-Activity’s SAQ program is an eight-week offering and places specific emphasis on “game-seed”, with focus on increased acceleration & reaction time, explosive power, and lower-extremity (including ACL) injury prevention. Classes meet Mondays & Wednesdays at 7:30pm, and Saturdays at 9am and 10am. Clients can choose to participate either once or twice per week for 8 weeks.
Teams #InPursuit of the highest level of performance are training together, rehabbing together, fueling (eating) together, studying together, and more. They are one unit….one team….one family, driven by common purpose. By leveraging our professional training staff to provide speed and conditioning programs, complete with real-time performance data (Polar 2 system) analytics for the teams and clubs we serve, and providing a "home-base" at our BaseCamp 31 facility - an environment complete with healthy food choices (Fuel Good Cafe), physical therapists available by appointment or on-call to subscribing teams and clubs, and a 110” screen and a high def. sound system for “Game Film Review” - Pro-Activity is pleased to bring world class solutions local to you and your team of athletes!
