The June Session runs from June 24th-28th.
The Strength, Speed, and Sport Development Camp is an exciting new offering in the area and is the first of its kind to offer an opprtunity for athletes and non-athletes to develop skills in areas of fitness that they do not currently possess.
Each day will include and warm-up/stretching and technique session to go over some of the skills that will be utilized that day, then also include a performance based training session and endurance session, lunch, lecture to teach athletes ways to be able to perform at their best whether it is through better recovery strategies or how to deal with stress, then athletes will be introduced to a variety of different sports and activities to increase versatility and make everyone a better overall athlete.
Our summer camp is led by Coach Diego Austin, who holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Science with advanced training in youth athletic development, health, and performance.
This is for the basic summer camp session, not including early drop-off/late pick-up or lunch for athletes.
Camp Times are Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM with available options for extended drop-off and pick-up times. Catered lunch is also an available option.
