Our Performance Training programs place specific emphasis on developing today’s competitors into tomorrow’s champions. Our team analyzes the biomechanics of each sport and the physiological response to training, while developing strength, fitness, speed and agility routines that focus on the sport-specific requirements of each athlete, to ensure optimal results.

Pro-Activity's Coaching Services provides a unique option for those who are truly ready for healthy action, but seek professional guidance in taking the most appropriate steps. From endurance and conditioning, strength, fitness, nutrition, and weight loss, we are pleased to offer prospective clients coaching in person or remotely, on-line from anywhere in the world.
Pro-Activity seeks to actively support youth-sports organizations that share principle-based ideals, most specifically including those that strive to create a positive environment that will foster personal development of all athletes, with particular emphasis on character, sportsmanship, work ethic, attitude, and age / ability appropriate training.
Programming is customized to meet the needs of a team throughout their competition year, with individualized coaching per player based upon performance testing.
Pro-Activity’s “MOVEmentum” 360 (M360) program follows evidenced based training principles that have consistency delivered athletes results since launching in 2004.
