IMPROVE YOUR GAME IN THE OFF SEASON.
Winter months can be a drag - cold weather keeping you off the course and cooped up inside. For many, the off-season is a time to rest, to gear up for the next year. Maybe you spend some time in the gym, but many of us aren't sure exactly what is worth focusing on, or if it is carrying over into our performance. This year, put your off-season to work for you. With our 6-week program designed to target the specific mobility, strength, and power demands of your sport, you can rest assured you will be working on areas that will benefit your golf game next spring and give you the edge to win your match.
Our six-week program begins with a pre-testing session to evaluate key mobility, strength and power measures related to swing performance. Based on this information, a team of Doctors of Physical Therapy, a Masters in Exercise and Sports Science and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches will design an individualized, specific exercise program to target the most relevant deficits to improve your performance. You will undergo six weeks of individualized exercise progressions delivered in a group setting to address these specific deficits or opportunities for development, with options for one or two sessions per week. The program will conclude with a post-testing session to evaluate progress made and identify future target regions for you to continue to focus on upon conclusion.
