Critical to any successful athletic development journey are coaching expertise, specificity of programming, and accessibility of training resources. For the emerging lacrosse athlete this includes age-appropriate strength, speed, agility, conditioning, and technical (stick) skill development. Pro-Activity is excited to partner with and bring NJ Total Select athletes a unique and elite-level training experience, leveraging decades of performance coaching experience, customized with both remote and in-facility programming that will have you ready to play your best!

Video Tutorial: Downloading and using the Training App
The Pro-Activity Training App, complete with sport-specific drills like wall-ball routines and dodging, along with speed, strength and conditioning workouts that can be completed with little to no equipment, and all guided by video tutorial and available messaging applications, empowers athletes to lock in and continue their progress while away from the field. Coaches will be monitoring participation, workout completion and compliance, and will be continuing to progress the training plan throughout the year.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I view my workouts?
A: On your main page you will see "Today's Workout" and "Workout Calendar". Your workouts will be listed on your workout calendar, or your program can be find by pressing "View Program Library" and selecting a workout from your assigned program.
From there select the workout day and you will see a list of exercises. Press one of them and it will take you to your exercise screen. You will see where to input weights/time/reps, as well as videos and descriptions found by pressing the "i" button at the bottom left, and your training history with that exercise by pressing the "clock" button on the bottom right.
Q: I missed a workout, can I go back?
A: Yes! On your calendar select the day you missed and you can still complete that workout.
Q: I'm not sure about my form, how can I check?
A: Inside of an exercise you will see a "Media" button. You can upload a video of your exercise for a coach to check and provide feedback.
Q: I cannot complete an exercise due to equipment or injury, what do I do?
A: Inside of the exercise screen you can select "OPT OUT". Choose the reason why and it will suggest similar exercises for you to complete.
