Welcome to the Pro-Activity Online Training Community! 

Now that you have taken the step to start training, here is what to do next:

  1. Open your app store and search "Team Builder"

  2. Download the Team Builder App

  3. Log in with the email and password created when purchasing your training plan

  4. Check out the video below for guides on using the app

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I view my workouts?

A: On your main page you will see "Today's Workout" and "Workout Calendar".  Your workouts will be listed on your workout calendar, or your program can be find by pressing "View Program Library" and selecting a workout from your assigned program.

From there select the workout day and you will see a list of exercises.  Press one of them and it will take you to your exercise screen.  You will see where to input weights/time/reps, as well as videos and descriptions found by pressing the "i" button at the bottom left, and your training history with that exercise by pressing the "clock" button on the bottom right.

Q: I missed a workout, can I go back?

A: Yes!  On your calendar select the day you missed and you can still complete that workout.

Q:  I'm not sure about my form, how can I check?

A: Inside of an exercise you will see a "Media" button.  You can upload a video of your exercise for a coach to check and provide feedback.

Q: I cannot complete an exercise due to equipment or injury, what do I do?

A:  Inside of the exercise screen you can select "OPT OUT".  Choose the reason why and it will suggest similar exercises for you to complete.
