    At Pro-Activity we believe that our health revolves around 5 core elements: MOVE, FUEL, RECOVER, ENDURE, and CONNECT.  Our summer program incorporates all 5 of these elements at different levels, all scaled to meet the developmental needs of the youth in our community.  We believe that no matter your age, gender, or skill level, everyone is an athlete in their own lives and in their own way.  Throughout this program, we will be taking a developmental approach and give youth athletes plenty of opportunity to MOVE well, FUEL good with appropriate nutrition, teach applicable strategies to RECOVER and ENDURE, all while being able to CONNECT and develop lasting friendships.

    Weeklong day camp options are available throughout the summer!

    Each week concludes with a combine style event to showcase athlete improvements.  Parents are welcomed to attend the combine sessions and will be able to leave with a material that shows improvement over the course of the camp
